3. What Happens After We Receive a Notice
After receiving a properly submitted copyright infringement notification, X2O2 Music will review the information provided.
Where appropriate and where required by applicable law, X2O2 Music may:

Take appropriate action against repeat infringers.

4. Counter-Notification

5. Processing Counter-Notifications
Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, X2O2 Music may forward the counter-notification to the original complaining party.
Where required by applicable law, if the original complaining party does not notify X2O2 Music that it has filed a court action concerning the allegedly infringing material within the applicable statutory period, X2O2 Music may restore the removed material or cease disabling access to it.
Restoration remains subject to applicable law and the circumstances of the individual case.
6. Repeat Copyright Infringement
X2O2 Music respects the rights of copyright owners and may take appropriate action against users who repeatedly upload or distribute copyrighted material without authorization.
Depending on the circumstances, such action may include:
