We may investigate suspicious activity and take appropriate action, including removing manipulated activity or restricting or terminating accounts.

10. Artist and Creator Responsibility

Artists, labels, creators, and other uploaders are solely responsible for ensuring that the content they submit is properly authorized.

Before uploading content, you should ensure that you have all necessary rights and permissions.

If your content contains samples, interpolations, collaborations, cover versions, third-party artwork, lyrics, or other protected material, you are responsible for obtaining the appropriate authorization where required.
