One, two, three, floor
One, two, three, floor

Checked the mirror seven times
Fixed a thing that wasn't wrong
Spent an hour on a face
That nobody looks at that long
Every eye I thought was on me
Was busy looking down
Turns out the room ain't a courtroom
It's just a crowded town

So drop the shoulders, drop the act
The floor don't ask for a resume
Nobody's grading, nobody's counting
(Nobody!)

Dance like nobody's watching
'Cause honestly nobody is
Dance like the night's not stopping
And the only rule is this
Move a little wrong, move a lot
Wear the soles right off your shoes
Dance like nobody's watching
(Watch me!) you got nothing to lose

Girl by the speaker, eyes closed
Doing something I can't name
She invented it just now
And she's never doing it again
And I swear the whole room loosened
Like she gave us all a key
If she can look that ridiculous
Then there's hope for even me

Dance like nobody's watching
'Cause honestly nobody is
Dance like the night's not stopping
And the only rule is this
Move a little wrong, move a lot
Wear the soles right off your shoes
Dance like nobody's watching
(Watch me!) you got nothing to lose
